Return Window & Eligibility

You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be in their original condition with tags attached and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain our high standards of quality and hygiene, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Beanies & Berets (for hygiene reasons as they come in close contact with hair and skin)

2 Receive Return Instructions

Within 1-2 business days, you’ll receive:

  • Return authorization and instructions
  • Pre-paid shipping label (for returns due to our error or defective items)

Exchange Process
